Aroma Thyme is taking a group of 20 people to Northern Italy November 4th-12th 2017. This is a wine tour of some of our favorite vineyards.  One stop is at the original Bertani Estate in Negrar. Tenuta Santa Maria has been making the famed Bertani wines since the 1850's.
On November 9th Chef Marcus will be cooking there as a guest chef. Check out the cheese shop that will be one of his stops. This shop even has their own cheese cave.
