At Aroma Thyme Bistro, food isn’t just plated — it’s presented with purpose. And behind that mission? That’s us — Marcus and Jamie Guiliano — husband and wife, partners in life and business, and passionate believers in food that truly means something.

We haven’t spent the last two decades cooking the expected. We’ve been redefining what it means to dine with integrity.

We’ve traveled the world — not as tourists, but as seekers. We’ve personally visited over 350 wineries, countless distilleries, breweries, and farms, forging relationships with the artisans who still do things the old way: with soul, patience, and pride. From a quinoa farm in Colorado, to the balsamic attics of Modena, to the hillsides of Parma where prosciutto is cured the traditional way, to the small family farms right here in the Hudson Valley, we’ve hand-selected the stories — and ingredients — that show up on your plate and in your glass.
This isn’t “farm-to-table” as a trend.
