We have now traveled to over 350 vineyards to find amazing wine for Aroma Thyme. No matter how good wine the wine is, we have to like the people who make it. We do relationship based business.
Wine is a very personal passion project for many winemakers and owners. For the big corporations it's just a balance sheet with profits before passion and relationships.
We know everyone, and we like each other. We are basically friends!

Our Farm to Table concept doesn't stop in the kitchen. We also take lots of effort and pride in supporting smaller family owned & independent wine producers.
We have literally been all over Italy, lots of Spain, most of California, all of New York, and Valle de Guadalupe. And yes, we have been to wineries that we no longer support for various reasons. We want to feel good about who we do business with. We want them to do the right thing for their community. And most of all, we want quality wine without cutting corners.

As a result of us traveling extensively in many wine regions, we now offer group trips. We have several trips a year to wine regions that we personally lead. You can join us at our "friends' wineries" from Italy to California. We plan everything from the boutique hotel accommodations, food, wineries tours and any other sightseeing excursions.
