The Acetaia Paltrinieri originated in 1845 when, in the splendid peasant court with the typical architecture of the territory, the Paltrinieri family began producing vinegar in the first batteries. A tradition that has been handed down to the present day with the production of the must necessary for the vinegar factory, from the Trebbiano and Lambrusco vineyards surrounding the villa, as tradition and the Production Regulations require.
Today it is Guido Paltrinieri who still performs the ancient transfer and reinforcement practices in over 1,000 production barrels. An experience handed down generation after generation that has brought the Acetaia Paltrinieri products to be appreciated all over the world for the quality and the respect of the production disciplinary.
