Movia wine Dinner Friday, October 18th.  
This is a super special treat. Movia is just two hours over the Italian border into Slovenia.  And these wines are out of the box. Ales Kristancic is one of the most progressive winemakers in the world.  If you love wine and don't know Movia then this event is for you.  If you know Movia then this event is for you.
The importer will be here as well to explain all about the wines.

Watch the video below to watch Ales remove the sediment from his sparkling wine "PURO".  This step is usually done at the winery and then topped off with wine and re-corked.  But now at Movia.  This is done by the consumer.  Ales personally showed Marcus and Jamie two years ago in NYC how to do this. So, of course, this will be part of the dinner!
