This menu has been in the making for close to 20 years.  Many of these beers are no longer available and highly sought after.  We treat our beer menu the same as you would a fine wine collection.

​Did you know you can age beer?

Most beer is meant to be consumed young and fresh. But then there is the small percentage of the “other” craft beer that you can age just like a fine wine. The best beers to age are strong ales, sour beers, barrel-aged, rich stouts, and big beers with a higher alcohol content. And that is the majority of our beer menu. You will find craft beers that are meant to be drunk young.
