Banana Smoothie Recipe
Here is one of my all time favorites.
This makes a half gallon, it’s a lot. You can either cut in half or serve 2-3 people. You can also save it drink later. I will drink the whole thing after a run.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. It’s that simple, and it’s super cost effective.
The blueberries are anti-inflammatory. It is really important to start your day off with anti-inflammatory foods. It gets you on the right track first thing in the morning.

- 1 quart (4 cups) water
- 6 frozen and peeked medium sized bananas
- ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
- pinch on ground cinnamon
- pinch of ground vanilla
- I will add Nutiva hemp protein sometimes
