Chipotle Glaze Recipe
- 2 ea dried Chipotles soaked in enough water to cover.
- Soak for 12-24 hours
- 4 cups Pineapple juice, reduced with Chipotles & soaking water by half.
- 4 cups Black strap Molasses - add to pineapple juice and reduce by 25%.
