Grass-fed Meatloaf Sliders with Keegan Ales Hurricane Kitty
& Great Hills Blue Cheese Recipe
- 2 lb Grassfed Beef
- ½ ea small diced onion
- 1 lb Bread Alone Miche made into bread crumbs
- 12-16 oz Hurricane Kitty IPA
- 1 tsp chopped thyme
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- 2 tsp sea salt
Mix breadcrumbs and beer.
Mix well all ingredients.
Bake in a loaf pan at 375˚ for 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165˚.
Serve on bread or by itself.
Other serving suggestions:
With blue cheese or sautéed onions
