Oyster Mushroom Rockafeller Recipe

• 1 lb oyster mushroom cleaned
• 1 bulbs fennel, cut and coarse chopped in Robot Coupe
• 1 lb baby spinach
• P { margin-bottom: 0.08in; }¾ cups Veganaise to mix with fennel
• ¼ tsp Fennel Pollen

Poach mushrooms and spinach and shock in ice.
