Pancake Recipe
- 1 cup flour (whichever kind you prefer)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (I used organic cane sugar)
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup soymilk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Beat all dry ingredients together in a big bowl. Beat all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Then combine wet and dry ingredients. Beat until smooth.
Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry pancakes to your liking.
