Porcini Tomato Stew Recipe
- 2 cups dried porcini covered with water (save water)
- 2 oz Sherry vinegar reduced by half
- ¼ cup small diced onion
- 4 cups organic (Muir Glen) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp Rosemary & Thyme
Saute onions & garlic.
Reduce sherry.
Add tomatoes and porcini water.
