Savory Rosemary Chocolate, Goat Cheese & Sea Salt Crostinni Recipe
- 4 slices 1-1 ½ inch slices of bread
- 4 pcs approximately 1 ½ x 1 ½ dark chocolate chunks
- ½ cup goat cheese
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- to taste sea salt
Spread the goat cheese on the bread.Place the chocolate on the goat cheese.
Bake on 350 for 4-7 minutes. You want to soften the goat cheese and barely melt the chocolate.
Remove and drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
