Brewery Tour October 8th, 2016

Join chef Marcus on a brewery tour in the Aroma Thyme van! It's filled day at two great local breweries in the Roundout Valley. 

We meet at Aroma Thyme at 11am on Saturday October 8th for a some local cheese before we venture off.
First stop is Arrowood Farm Brewery for a tasting.
Arrowood Farms is born from the idea that great beer is grown from the ground up. Their obsession with craft is inspired by nature. They begin with the soil, cultivating hops and grain that never travel more than an acre from field to tap. Brewing in small batches with the freshest ingredients, we produce sustainable beer that represents local flavor and the community that surrounds them. 

And then we are off to New Paltz Brewing, which is not in New Paltz. It's a brand new addition to the Town of Wawarsing. Originally from New Paltz now they are making award winning Bavarian style craft beer here.  Take a tour with the brew-master and taste more beer! Here is where we will roll out lunch. Enjoy some wraps & salads and cheese.

This tour is $69 and includes food and beer and other beverages. This is a fun filled afternoon with Chef Marcus at the breweries departing and coming back to Aroma Thyme.
