At Aroma Thyme Bistro, our commitment to the local terroir and community is at the heart of everything we do. This ethos was vividly on display yesterday as we had the pleasure of attending the annual trade tasting event hosted by the Hudson Valley Cabernet Franc Coalition at the picturesque Ben Marl Winery.

Discovering the Rich Terroir of Hudson ValleyNestled in the scenic expanses of our region, the event showcased the phenomenal wines that Hudson Valley has to offer—each one a testament to the rich soil and passionate craftsmanship of our local vintners. Cabernet Franc, the signature grape of our region, stood out prominently, highlighting why this varietal is so cherished here. The Hudson Valley Cabernet Franc Coalition is devoted to enhancing the recognition of these distinctive, terroir-driven wines and encouraging more vineyard plantings right in our own backyard.

A Meeting of Minds and PalatesInteracting with the talented winemakers and vineyard owners was nothing short of inspiring. It's evident there's a shared commitment to excellence and a profound love for our local vineyards among the community. These interactions remind us of the dedication required to produce such exquisite wines and the collective effort to elevate Hudson Valley on the global wine map.
