If you're a foodie who loves to travel, you know that some of the most unforgettable experiences are the ones that involve discovering new flavors and cuisines. That's exactly what happened to us when Guido and Nicoletta paid us a visit at Aroma Thyme and shared with us their incredible Balsamic Vinegar.
Guido's dedication to his craft was apparent from the moment he arrived, having traveled all the way from Modena to bring us a special delivery of his Balsamic Vinegar. And what a delivery it was! We were blown away by the incredible flavors and aromas of his Balsamotto 4yr aged and 12 yr aged Balsamic Vinegars.
But the experience didn't end there. Guido and I headed to the kitchen to whip up a meal using his famous Balsamic Vinegars. And let me tell you, it was truly an incredible meal. Guido's culinary skills were on full display as he prepared his famous Balsamic Risotto using his own Balsamic Vinegar, and the result was nothing short of amazing.
As we enjoyed our meal, Guido and I started planning our next adventure. And what an adventure it will be! We're already planning a trip to Modena, Italy to visit Guido's farm, restaurant, and balsamic house. We can't wait to experience the incredible flavors of Modena firsthand, and we'll be sure to share all the exciting details with you as we go.
