The story of Don Ciccio & Figli is a captivating tale of family tradition, passion, and resilience. It all began in 1852 in the picturesque town of Atrani, Italy. The Amodeo family, known for their fine liqueurs, crafted a range of exquisite spirits that became an integral part of daily life and timeless customs in southwest Italy, from bitter Amaro to sweet Limoncello.

However, like many families, the Amodeos faced hardships over the years, including wars and natural disasters. Despite these challenges, their dedication to their craft kept their legacy alive. In 1951, Francesco Amodeo, also known as 'Don Ciccio', resurrected the family's liqueurs, carrying on the tradition and passion that had been passed down through generations. With determination and unwavering commitment, Don Ciccio brought the family's exquisite liqueurs back to life, infusing them with his own unique touch. 🌿

But the story of Don Ciccio & Figli took another unexpected turn. In 1980, a devastating earthquake struck Irpinia, Italy, causing widespread destruction and displacing many families, including the Amodeos. Undeterred, Don Ciccio embarked on a new chapter in the family's legacy. He made the bold decision to craft the liqueurs 5,000 miles away from Italy, in the United States.

With the same meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality, Don Ciccio & Figli liqueurs are now crafted in the U.S., but they still transport you back to the Amalfi Coast in 1883 with every sip. The rebirth of the Amodeo family's spirit is evident in every bottle, a testament to their resilience and passion for their craft. 🍋

At Aroma Thyme, we're honored to share the incredible journey of Don Ciccio & Figli through their remarkable liqueurs. Each sip is a celebration of the Amodeo family's legacy and a taste of the rich history and tradition that goes into every bottle. From the bitter complexity of their Amaro to the refreshing sweetness of their Limoncello, each sip tells a story of rebirth, resilience, and unwavering dedication to craft. 🥂

Join us at Aroma Thyme and raise a glass to the Amodeo family and the extraordinary tale of Don Ciccio & Figli. Cheers to their continued success and the enduring legacy of their remarkable liqueurs! 🍸🌍🇮🇹🌿
🍋🥂🎉
