Hey there, wine enthusiasts! Are you ready for an evening of great wine and food? We're excited to announce the lineup for tonight's Four Wine and a Dish event - and it's going to be a good one!
First up, we have Cline Viognier from Sonoma. The Cline family is well-known in the wine industry, and they also own Jacuzzi vineyards, which is right across the street. Did you know that the Cline family is related to the family that invented the Jacuzzi bathtub? It's true! So, not only are they experts in winemaking, but they have a unique family history as well.
Next, we're featuring a Gewurztraminer from the award-winning Hickory Hollow in the Finger Lakes. Nathal K is one of the up-and-coming winemakers in the Finger Lakes region, and all of his wines are worth trying. Gewurztraminer is known for its floral and spicy notes, and it pairs well with spicy foods and Asian cuisine.
For our Sicilian wine selection, we have a red blend from the Island of Lipari - Tenuta di Castellaro. It's interesting to note that Tenuta di Castellaro is actually the only winery on Lipari, which makes this wine selection even more special. Sicilian wines are super trendy right now, and for good reason. They have a unique flavor profile that sets them apart from other Italian wines.
Last but not least, we're excited to share our dear friend Tru Miller's red blend from Valle De Guadalupe. Tru is a pioneer in this Mexican wine region, and her B&B fills up fast! The Valle De Guadalupe region has been gaining popularity in recent years, and Tru's wine is a perfect example of the quality that is coming out of this region.
And of course, we're pairing these amazing wines with a delicious dish featuring fresh buffalo mozzarella from Campagna, artichokes, and roasted tomatoes. This dish is the perfect complement to the wine selection, and it's only $35 for the whole meal!
