Mushroom Risotto at Aroma Thyme Bistro: A Celebration of Local and Imported Ingredients
At Aroma Thyme Bistro, we are passionate about serving real food made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Our Mushroom Risotto is a perfect example of this philosophy. We combine locally sourced Crimini mushrooms from Bulich Farm and oyster mushrooms from Flowering Sun Ecology Center with imported Carnaroli Rice and Reggiano Cheese for a truly unforgettable taste experience.
The locally sourced mushrooms are the star of this dish, providing a depth of flavor and earthy notes that only freshly picked mushrooms can deliver. We are proud to partner with Bulich Farm and Flowering Sun Ecology Center, both of whom share our commitment to sustainability and quality.
We use imported Carnaroli Rice, known for its starchy exterior that creates a creamy texture when cooked, making it perfect for risotto. And for a touch of decadence, we finish the dish with a generous sprinkle of Reggiano Cheese, imported from Italy.
To take this dish to the next level, we add a few drops of amazing Balsamic from our friend Guido in Modena. This adds a subtle sweetness and tang that perfectly complements the rich flavors of the dish.
